Resumen
Las tasas de evasión impositiva promedio en América Latina ronda el 27% para los impuestos al consumo (IVA) y casi 50% para el impuesto a los ingresos y rentas. Es decir 1 de cada 2 personas con obligaciones impositivas no pagan impuestos de ingresos y rentas.
